Elite Soccer Development Program

The Elite Soccer Development Program strives to teach the values of sportsmanship, teamwork, competition and discipline as well as individual achievement.  Success is not measured by the win-loss record but by the growth and development of each individual participant.

The Elite Club strives to produce the best soccer players through coaching integrity and experience.

Cost: approximately $300 per season which includes:
  • $40 Club fee (field maintenance & coaching development)
  • $20 GLSA Registration
  • uniforms
  • league fees
  • referee fees
  • equipment
  • tournaments
  • coaching fees

 

 Each Team has a coach and assistant coach
  • come to all practices
  • bring shin guards and water
  • arrive 30 minutes before game time
  • come ready to play
  • respect coaches and managers
  • if unable to be at games or practices must contact team manager

 

 Each Parent is an important part of the team
  • take part in club fundraisers
  • get players to practice and games
  • work with team manager when special projects need to be done
  • respect referees and linesman
  • respect other teams and coaches
  • watch players diet on game days.....Limit Junk Food
The Team Manager and Parents make all decisions about the team, including money, tournaments and travel. All of the coaches and managers spend a lot of time and energy each week working for the teams.  The managers are volunteers and they deserve a word of Thanks for all they do. Due to many of the Club teams playing in the Dallas area, it requires dedicated parents.  We understand that conflicts come up and we help each other when needed.

 

 

 

Educational Scholastic Award

A $100 savings bond is awarded to the player from each team with the highest grade point average for the year.
